Description
A local authority offers a permanent contract in Adults’ Services in a hospital team, working mainly with older people.
You must be experienced in planning and discharge from hospital to home or other facilities and experienced in working with medical professionals. Please do not apply if you do not have this, or very closely matching experience. This is statutory Social Work and the pace of work is fast and can be demanding. You must be robust in your communication with other professionals and empathetic, sensitive and professional in your communication with service-users.
